Meet Steven Bailey, Founder

Entrepreneur, strategist, innovator, advocate. I have launched businesses, built multiple brands and intellectual property portfolios, developed educational programs, created certifications, cultivated strategic partnerships, established market authority and consumer trust, and helped shape emerging markets. 

At the forefront of the aging-at-home movement since 2011 during one of the largest demographic transformations in American history. As Founder of Age Safe® America, I built the brand from conception to international leader, recognized as one of the primary foundational pillars of the Aging-in-Place sector. We advanced successful aging at home through professional certification, consumer education, and advocacy. Collaborated with providers, healthcare organizations, national associations, governmental agencies, nonprofits, entrepreneurs, innovators and thought leaders to address one of society's most important challenges.

Over the years I didn't just build businesses— I built categories, brands, authority, trust and industry standards. Those experiences have given me the framework to help organizations understand how older adults, caregivers, and family decision-makers think, adopt and engage aging services while navigating meaningful life transitions. Today, I advise national brands, creating solutions that help people and organizations thrive. I am particularly interested in initiatives that strengthen trust, improve lives, and create lasting value for individuals, families and industries. I remain committed to helping brands achieve greater visibility, credibility, and influence.

I believe change happens when vision, passion, trust and consistency all come together. I've read and know to be true, what we fail to conceptualize we can never attempt to build or achieve. When we expand what we believe we can reach, our vision grows, and our energy, focus, and drive will naturally rise to achieve those goals.

Happy to say I am proud of a life well lived.  Today, I am an admitted beach bum, avid hiker/van camper, recovering workaholic, and loving husband to a woman that has always danced to her own beat (singer/songwriter/artist/author Conscious Mastery® book and training), and very proud father to an amazing young man, firefighter/paramedic.
